Integrity Services began in 2019 as a vegetation control company, but our clients’ requests for more comprehensive services prompted us to expand into full oilfield services, including dirt work, pipeline installation, and maintenance.
Working closely with operators has shown us the importance of consistency, communication, and availability in the oilfield. With operations running beyond a typical workday, having a reliable partner ready to respond is critical to minimizing downtime and maintaining production.
At Integrity Services, we stand behind every job we undertake with a commitment to delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and maintaining open and clear communication at every step.

My name is Barrett Norris, and I’m the proud owner of Integrity Services. I’m a husband to my amazing wife, Brooke Norris, and a father to five beautiful children who inspire me every day. My roots in the oil field run deep — I began my career as a kid, riding alongside my father, Bennie Norris, as he checked wells and serviced equipment. Those early experiences taught me the value of hard work, honesty, and doing the job right the first time.
Over the years, I’ve worked for several oil field construction companies, starting out as a roustabout hand and working my way up through dedication and determination. The knowledge and experience I gained along the way laid the foundation for what would become Integrity Services.
At Integrity, our mission is simple: to deliver quality work with honesty and reliability. We provide dirt and construction services, as well as roustabout and mechanical crews, ready to take on any job that comes our way. Every project we undertake reflects the same core values that built this company — integrity, hard work, and a commitment to excellence.

Clint has forged a 28-year career in the demanding oilfields of Texas and beyond, blending hands-on grit with strategic leadership. A Hallsville native, he launched his path in 1997 as a pipe fitter's helper at Kellogg-Brown & Root, mastering fabrication from the ground up. By 1999 at Hollingsworth Construction, as pipeline welder and roustabout, he tackled compressor hookups and right-of-ways, consistently delivering lean, on-schedule projects that built crew trust.
In the early 2000s with Fluor Daniels, Clint honed his edge in high-pressure chemical plant turnarounds, executing rapid repairs under tight deadlines while prioritizing safety. This expertise propelled him to 4A Oilfield Pipeline Services from 2005 to 2010, where as bending engineer, he designed pipe systems and operated heavy equipment across states, streamlining well hookups and plant operations for seamless results.
Over the past 14 years at Trendsetter Construction, Clint orchestrated bids, teams, and client relations as coordinator and superintendent, driving efficient pipeline and compressor projects with turnaround precision. Now serving as Project Manager at Integrity Services TX, he leverages AWS-level welding, AutoCAD design, OSHA safety protocols, and heavy machinery command to rally crews in harsh conditions—building infrastructure and partnerships that power the energy sector forward.
